Team Development

Working with a team, whether to support their up-skilling, accelerate quality improvement, or to help with the task of identifying required standards and writing of processes is always rewarding. There is nothing quite like seeing a team grow in confidence and understanding.

I have worked on 3 part-time, interim style projects with existing AO teams to unpick what the team needed to do and helped with some tools and interventions to bring about greater ownership and understanding, also to deliver specific employer-client objectives. 

My work has been with very different teams:

• Assessment development and quality assurance team

• Product implementation team

• Assessment delivery team.

Its such a rewarding area that is most often about contributing to better understanding and practices, getting agreed approached down on paper, owning and understanding of responsibilities, and quality improvement for the team. My experience is this brings a sea-change for teams and individuals, for the better.
