Ofqual, Nations and EPAO compliance

Compliance is the relationship between policy (organisational rules), procedures and systems, controls, risk assessment and management, and how they support the regulator’s rules or principles

Having a policy background has really helped me to effectively support EPAOs and AOs in their getting to get to grips with, or on-going compliance commitments. 

During my consultancy career I have delivered:

• Audits of various functions/operations or for specific General Conditions 

• Support for self-evaluation or on-going compliance 

• Policy reviews and policy updating

• Procedures to support policy and compliance

• Risk assessment training and introduction to risk management 

• Quality improvement activities

• Malpractice investigation

• Preparation for Ofqual application for recognition.

My involvement in internal audit and assurance training and qualifications for over 10 years has allowed me to take an informed and professional approach to this area of work.
