Changes to how the performance of post-19 publically funded education and skills (excluding higher education) may be assessed is the subject of a BIS consultation open until 10th October. New outcome measures intended to improve accountability being proposed include evaluation of learner destinations, learner progression and earnings (following completion of learning), these are on top of the current qualification achievement measure.
